Audiologists perform specialized hearing evaluations.  These evaluations are often necessary to assist a physician with his diagnosis.  Audiologists are trained to interpret the test results and to counsel the patient regarding hearing loss and hearing conservation.

Appointments

Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.  We schedule appointments so each patient receives personal attention with minimum waiting time.   If you cannot keep your appointment, please call in advance to reschedule or cancel so we may give this time to another patient.

Payments

Our policy requires payment at the time services are performed, unless other arrangements  have been made.  We will be happy to discuss your individual financial and insurance needs.

  • Semi-annual hearing aid cleanings

  • First year warranty (2 years on some models)
  • Repair and loss and damage replacement renewal options available
  • Free batteries for 5 years (two 8 packs per order)

In addition, to help serve our hearing aid patients better we will set aside time from 11:00 am until 11:45 am daily for general maintenance and cleanings.  If you would like us to check your hearing devices, you are welcome to drop them off at this time or sit and wait, whichever is more convenient.
